Giovanni Saviolo
Who isn't familiar with the illustrious Sella family of Biella, owners of the bank of the same name and relatives of the famous Italian statesman Quintino Sella? Giovanni Saviolo's family has been running Cascina Castellone for three generations, having rented it in 1914 by his grandfather Giovanni.
There were many events associated with that period, with eleven years of sacrifice and hard work leading the Saviolo family to finally purchase those lands in 1925. After the grandfather came his father Giuseppe, who inherited a significant responsibility in 1985: to manage Cascina Castellone in the best possible way, earned through sheer hard work, no metaphors needed. Today, Giovanni Saviolo, who also inherited his grandfather's name, continues the agricultural tradition with the same pride and dedication that has always distinguished the Saviolo family.
