A story of rice farming and people
The Ecorì Agricola supply chain is made up of 11 Piedmontese members, located in the provinces of Vercelli and Novara. Ecorì guarantees the traceability of Carnaroli rice right from sowing and its cultivation using environmentally friendly farming practices, to protect the environment and people's health. No less important is the processing phase in the rice mill, carried out with state-of-the-art machinery, to ensure the selection and excellent quality of the grain. Carnaroli rice is vacuum-packed, a natural method to preserve all the fragrance of the rice.
The originality of our Carnaroli Classico is certified by the Ente Nazionale Risi (National Rice Board) and we guarantee the origin of the rice with the international SGS Food Certification traceability system.
